As luck would have it, her Quick Pick ticket order placed on the Jackpocket app ended up matching 4 of 5 regular numbers plus the Powerball in the January 29th drawing. The Power Play option doubled her $50,000 prize to a whopping $100,000. The winning numbers were: 39, 41, 43, 49, and 64, with the Powerball being 4.
After the drawing, Jackpocket sent the winner an email notifying Anthony that she had scored the $100,000 prize as well as a congratulatory call. (Read more about what happens if you win on Jackpocket).
The winner was skeptical at first, but after speaking with Jackpocket she became “extremely excited.”
“I couldn’t even sleep a wink last night,” she told ASL lottery officials.
Anthony has big plans for her prize: like remodeling her home, taking her family on vacation, and saving the rest for the future.
