Fantasy 5 AZ is a draw game with a daily chance to win cash prizes. Choose your lucky five numbers between one and 41. You can also get a Quick Pick and let the computer randomly choose numbers for you.
Meet Extra!
You can add Extra to your ticket for an additional $1 or $2 per play. This additional game gives you a chance to win cash instantly. For $1, get a chance to win up to $250. For $2, get a chance to win up to $500. Extra is not available when you order tickets using Jackpocket.
Here’s how it works:
First, decide how much you want to wager. With your ticket, you will receive an additional five numbers. If any of the numbers on your Extra ticket match those you are playing for Fantasy 5, you win the amount associated with that number.
Match more than one number? Win the prize amount associated with each matching number on your game ticket. This is on top of what you might win in the Fantasy 5 drawing!
Doubler Feature
Feeling lucky? Approximately one in 10 tickets ordered for the Arizona Lottery’s Fantasy 5 will be designated a Doubler at no additional cost. Win a prize in the drawing, and with this feature on your ticket, your prize will be doubled! This feature is available for all non-jackpot prizes.
When is the Fantasy 5 drawing?
Drawings are held daily at 7:00 p.m. MST. The daily deadline to order your ticket will depend on whether you get your Fantasy 5 Arizona ticket in person or by using Jackpocket. In-person tickets can be ordered up to 6:59 p.m. MST.
If you’re ordering through Jackpocket, the cut-off time will be earlier—usually at least an hour before the drawing—giving us enough time to secure your ticket from an official Arizona lottery retailer in time for the drawing.
Is there a deadline for claiming Fantasy 5 prizes?
You’ll have 180 days from the drawing date to claim your prize if you win!
If you ordered your ticket through Jackpocket and your winnings are up to $599 or less, we will credit your prize directly to your Jackpocket account. If the prize is higher, we will securely send you your ticket to claim your prize.

Prizes of up to $600 or more can be redeemed by mail or in person at the Phoenix or Tucson Lottery office. You must download the Winner Claim Form to bring with you or to include (along with a copy of your government-issued ID) when you mail your winning ticket. Make sure you fill the ticket out and sign it before submission.
