Our new Customer Support experience is powered by Zendesk, used by companies like Slack and Squarespace. As Jackpocket grows, answering your questions quickly and helping you do what you want to do with the app is always #1.
So next time you need a little help (or just want to chat), here are all the ways you can reach out.
1. Tap ‘Support’ in the the App
Tap ‘Support’ in the side menu of the app to search frequently asked questions. We’ve completely revamped our FAQs and loaded them with tips, tricks, and videos to help you do the most with Jackpocket. Tap the Compose icon to start a new convo with us. (Not to worry, all your previous support tickets and attachments carry over. In case things like that keep you up at night).
Going forward, you’ll also be able to see all your past in-app conversations with us, and you can start a new convo anytime — we love to hear from you!
*Make sure to update your Jackpocket app to the latest version (Version 2.6.0 or higher) to get access to our new Support feature.

Our spiffy new Help Center comes with all our FAQs, pro tips, and more.
