Jackpocket is Suspending Lottery Courier Operations in Texas

Due to a February 24, 2025 policy change by the Texas Lottery Commission, Jackpocket has suspended lottery courier operations in Texas.

This is unfortunate news not only because of our dedication to our customers, but also because Jackpocket has operated in compliance with the guidance of the Texas Lottery Commission.

What Does This Mean For You?

  • Lottery Orders: You cannot currently place lottery orders using Jackpocket in Texas.

  • Existing Tickets: Any tickets you have for a future drawing are still valid, and you are eligible to receive any winnings.

  • Refunds: Deposited funds are withdrawable, and in the event that we are unable to fulfill any outstanding orders, you will be refunded in full.

  • Smart Orders & Subscriptions: We are not fulfilling future Smart Orders in Texas and will refund prepaid subscription orders.

We are grateful for your support and commitment to using Jackpocket. While this change is unfortunate, we are committed to continuing our work with policymakers to find a way forward so that Texans continue to have a secure and convenient way to take part in the lottery.
